They are particularly dedicated to the needs of those that seek relieve to the anxiety of going thru this process. They are out of the box thinkers, they have this ability of getting thru the hole of the needle to make things happen for their clients.

I met Colin at a friend’s BBQ one Sunday. We were chatting about mortgage rates And I explained to him that I was in contracted by a house and was about two weeks from closing and was getting a rate of 6.5%. Colin told me he could get the rate down to 5.875% and still close in two weeks. The first mortgage guy told me that because my down payment was only 10% that my rate was higher. Colin explained that’s not true and that the other guy was just using that as an excuse to give me a higher rate to make more money. Colin helped me transfer the appraisal. So I didn’t need to get a new one and we closed on time at a rate that was more than half a point lower. We are very happy we ran into him. We highly recommend his company. They’re honest, fair and quick.

I just purchased my first home using a renovation loan with Waterville Mortgage. I was lucky to be referred to Colin by my accountant. I was getting out bid on every house and Colin suggested buying a old rundown house using a renovation loan. Colin hooked me up with a contractor who is hard at working fixing up my new house as I write this! Instead of buying a house for $650k, I bought a house for $410k and got another $155k for renovations. When the work is done, I will have a brand new kitchen, two new bathrooms, new floors and a new roof/siding. The house will be worth much more than I could ever afford. I can't wait for the work to be completed in two months! Thanks Colin!

Being self-employed and first time homebuyers, purchasing felt intimidating - however, Colin made the process accessible and realistic. In addition to his exceptional communication, Colin is also very prompt with paperwork and locked us in to a rate that both our real estate agent and attorney could not believe! He was able to get us a rate that was much lower than what they were seeing homes close on around our same timeframe. Colin gets our highest recommendation and we'd be thrilled to use his services again in the future!
